10th March 2014 by martinroyle Leave a Comment

According to the latest news: Updating your site according to new Page Layout Algorithm from Google will provide great results in your SEO ranking and business online.

Few days back Matt Cutts the head of Google’s Search Spam team announced that they made some changes in their page layout algorithm and these changes will affect all those websites or pages that have a lot of ads with very little actual content on it. That means if your website is full of ads or a lot of white space and it have a very small useful content for actual user then google may reduce the search engine optimisation ranking of that website or webpage.

Sine this was released on 6th of February so it is very much possible that it already affected on your website. However, if you still see the same amount of traffic from your organic search result and you use a lot of scrolling techniques and adds on your website, then we suggest you to change it accordingly so SEO ranking of your website can remain higher in the future as well.
